Let the label lead

Keep important packaging details

Keep the product name, lot number and best-before information available. If you use a separate storage container, retain the original packaging so that the feeding and storage directions remain easy to find.

Check each delivery

Inspect the parcel and products when they arrive. If something is damaged or incorrect, take photographs and contact our team with your order number. Do not use a product if its condition or storage history gives you reason for concern.
