Shipping & returns

Free Australia-wide shipping on orders over AUD $50. Estimated total delivery time: 4–12 business days.

Defective and non-defective products in new or slightly used condition can be returned within 30 days. Under our store policy, returns are by mail with a customer-arranged label, no voluntary exchanges and no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 7 days after the return is received and accepted. These conditions do not limit Australian Consumer Law remedies, including applicable replacement rights and reimbursement of reasonable faulty-product return costs.
